Margarita Limcaoco - Co-founder - Mamu
Hi listeners and thank you for joining us today. I am really excited to speak with Margarita Limcaoco co-founder of Mamu, an ag-tech, circular economy production system that collects spent grain from breweries and repurposes it as a raw material to produce fresh gourmet mushrooms. This idea, which Margarita will share with us in a few moments, transpired during her MBA studies at IE Business School in Spain.
Prior to her MBA, Margarita worked for a cross-cultural consulting firm, where we actually worked together, and a corporate foundation, implementing corporate social responsibility projects. Though born and raised in the Philippines, Margarita has lived in the US, Ghana, Indonesia and now, Spain - led by a passion to discover new cultures, challenge the status quo, and provide guidance to the next generation.
