Today I am very excited to speak with Liv Siegl, founder of the Letters of Light Project- supporting women worldwide with their maternal mental health.  Liv is a mental health advocate, a best selling author of ‘Bonkers’, and an expert advisor to the WHO on global mental health. Liv is a mum of two and is passionate about changing the world of maternal mental health for the better for her daughters and the generations of women to come.
